Our design team designed a second floor system to go over the existing printshop area and some small bump outs to the existing building. This additional floor area added some beautiful office space, meeting area, and small print work area. As part of this design we improved accessibility features and fire separation, making this existing building more code compliant. A large portion of the existing building was reskinned to match the office area and plenty of new windows added to provide natural light to the 2nd floor workspace.
