We provided a multi level design service for this project. Starting with a feasibility study and conceptual site plans we worked with the client to determine the maximum build out on the site. We were able to accommodate the clients request in regards to number and size of additional buildings and work around some of the difficult site constraints, such wetlands, poor drainage, offsite storm issues, and such like. We developed a total site build out plan which included all the land development plans, additions to 2 existing buildings, the design of a new warehouse building, and site development for a large storage tank and bulk storage building.
